Production of Hybridomas against Human Gastric Carcinoma

Abstract
|
|
|
Fusion of NS-1 mouse myeloma cells with splenocytes obtained from mice immunized with cells derived from human gastric carcinomas resulted in the production of antibody-secreting hybridomas.
1. Colony forming hybrid cells which were fused with mouse myeloma cell line NS-1 and BALBic mouse splenocytes immunized with mucinous adenocar cinoma cells of human stomach, were produced.
2. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) was produced by the hybrid cells.
